A Content Management System (CMS) allows you to easily update and / or create web pages without having to learn web programming. It's the equivalent of using Microsoft Word, allowing the user to copy and paste what they want, click on the "Publish" button, and then simply sitting back as the system automatically makes the change or adds the page they have just created. Unlike most Content Management Systems which tell you what you can and can't do, we will custom build a CMS to your unique specifications - whatever you need, we will be able to create it for you.

Of course a CMS application created by SynergizeIT will be search engine friendly, in other words pages will be able to be indexed by search engine crawlers and achive a high ranking for whichever keyphrase you may be targeting. Creating and managing a website with a SynergizeIT content management system is surprisingly affordable and so easy that even those with very little computer experience can do it, see screenshots below from an actual CMS.

1). Login To Your CMS Editor

2). Choose What You Want To Do Creating new pages or managing existing ones is as easy a choosing from a drop down list of options.

3). Add Content Add your content just as you would in a word processor or email, you can also include unique meta tags for each page for improved search engine rankings, and format your content by adding bold, bulleted text or italics.

4). Upload Images Upload images directly from your computer simply by pointing and clicking with your mouse.

5). Preview And Save Your Work Preview the page before saving it, if something needs to be changed it's easy to go back to fix it.

6). View The Page Live On The Internet View the finished, search engine ready page in your broswer. New pages created are automatically added to the main navigation and the site wide keyword search function.
